Act as the primary point of contact for network-related incidents and support requests.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, and VPN services.
Ensure stable and secure connectivity across LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and remote access systems.
Configure and maintain core network components such as VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing schemes.
Support implementation of network changes, upgrades, and capacity improvements according to IT standards.
Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and availability using diagnostic and monitoring tools.
