  • 1. Business Development & Market Expansion
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers, contractors, fit-out companies, interior designers, and engineering offices.
    Expand the company’s presence in smart home and smart lock solutions across B2B project segments.
    Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
  • 2. Project-Based Sales Management
    Manage the full sales cycle for smart solutions projects from lead generation to closing.
    Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to project requirements.
    Conduct project site visits, coordinate solution design, and handle all client communications throughout the sales process.
  • 3. Client Relationship Management
    Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision makers.
    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate product information and timely follow-up.
  • 4. Product & Technical Expertise
    Maintain strong knowledge of smart door locks, access control solutions, and smart home technologies.
    Explain technical features clearly and provide proper recommendations based on project needs.
    Awareness of industry standards and competitive technologies (preferred).
  • 5. Cross-Functional Coordination
    Collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, technical installation, marketing, and operations to ensure successful project execution.
    Coordinate timelines, requirements, and client needs with internal stakeholders.
  • 6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
    Track sales performance, pipeline progress, and forecasts using CRM tools.
    Provide regular reports on project status, achievements, and market insights to management.
