The UI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The role requires strong expertise in UI/UX design tools, front-end development frameworks, and modern design principles to transform business requirements into intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences. 

The resource must be proficient in creating wireframes, prototypes, interactive screens, responsive layouts, reusable components, and design system assets using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 

Additionally, the role requires strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, with a solid understanding of WCAG accessibility, responsive design, Agile/Scrum delivery, and usability best practices.

• Design high-quality UI layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows using Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch. 
• Develop responsive, accessible, and reusable front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React/Angular/Vue. 
• Collaborate with UX researchers to conduct user testing, gather feedback, and refine designs for usability and clarity. 
• Build and maintain UI design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across applications. 
• Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG standards) across all UI elements and user journeys. 
• Convert business and functional requirements into intuitive, user-friendly UI/UX solutions. 
• Optimize UI performance and cross-browser compatibility for all devices (web, mobile, tablet). 
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end user experience. 
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments by resolving UI defects, usability issues, and interface improvements. 
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, provide effort estimates, and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
