IBIC Group is looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Export Manager to join our team. We are seeking a professional with a strong history of success to drive the international sales and manage the full export cycle for our premium range of Frozen Vegetables, Fruits, and Juices.

Key Responsibilities
- Export Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve export targets and expand market presence globally.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and manage the quotation process.
- Full Export Cycle: Oversee the entire export operation, including handling all necessary documentation (COO, BL, invoices, etc.), customs procedures, and logistics (shipping/freight forwarding).
- Market Analysis: Identify new opportunities, track competitor activity, and monitor global market trends.
- Coordination: Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely cargo readiness and delivery.
