About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute the overall marketing initiatives for Storeus, our growing e-marketplace platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive traffic, boost customer acquisition, and maximize sales performance across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective ROI across all campaigns. Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve performance goals. Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and e-commerce content strategies.
Digital & Performance Marketing Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, etc.) to drive sales and traffic. Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and remarketing strategies. Analyze and optimize marketing funnel performance to maximize conversions.
Partnerships & Promotions Collaborate with sellers, brands, and partners for joint campaigns and promotions. Identify new business opportunities through partnerships and sponsorships.
Market Research & Analytics Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities. Generate regular reports on campaign performance, customer insights, and market data. Recommend strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Content & Social Media Management Supervise the creation and execution of engaging social media content, influencer partnerships, and brand storytelling. Coordinate campaigns that promote product launches, offers, and marketplace events. Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in e-commerce or online marketplace industry. Proven experience managing digital campaigns with measurable results. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and SEO platforms. Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong time-management skills. Skills:Experience in brand management and influencer marketing. Knowledge of marketplace dynamics (seller acquisition, traffic generation, conversion optimization). Creative mindset with strong project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Experience in e-commerce content management or online retail. Photography or video editing skills.
