Al Andalous Medical Company is hiring! Position: Export Specialist – French Speaker Job Responsibilities:
• Communicate with international clients, distributors, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth order execution.• Manage and coordinate export documentation, shipping processes, and customs clearance.• Prepare price offers, proforma invoices, and shipping instructions in line with company policies.• Maintain accurate and organized records of export documents and commercial transactions.• Support business development activities in French-speaking countries.• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics, QA) to meet export requirements efficiently.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science.• Fluency in French is a must.• Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations within the pharmaceutical industry.• Strong knowledge of international shipping, export documentation, and Incoterms.• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
