  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and supervise the accounting team, including A/P, A/R, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support decision making.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage banks' relationships and handle audits.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls.
