Job Summary:

They will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base within the beauty and wellness sector. having a unique blend of sales expertise, product knowledge, and financial acumen. they will not only manage a portfolio of makeup, skincare, and fragrance products but will also be responsible for customer relationship management, new client acquisition, and the crucial task of collecting outstanding balances from clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for makeup, skincare, and fragrance products by actively selling to new and existing clients.
  • Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities with specialty stores, pharmacies, retail stores, and modern trade stores to expand the client base.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our product line.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market penetration and brand awareness.

 

Account Management and Collections:

  • Monitor and manage customer accounts receivable. This includes tracking due dates for invoices, communicating with clients regarding outstanding payments, and actively working to collect overdue balances.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, including sales orders, payments, and collections efforts.
  • Resolve any billing or invoice discrepancies with clients in a professional and timely manner.

 

Product Expertise and Market Knowledge:

  • Maintain a deep and comprehensive understanding of all products, including their ingredients, benefits, and application techniques for makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches to effectively position our products in the market.
  • Provide expert product training and support to clients to ensure they can effectively sell and use the products themselves.
