Ability to prepare all staff reporting to the position so as to effectively recruit, train, evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor their activities. Set & Monitor the execution of team activities and KPIs to ensure proper handling effectively as per company strategic target. Prepare weekly/monthly reports to the top management to ensure their full awareness of the process detailed performance and objective achievement.
