Overview:
Shynx Mobile Car Wash is seeking a Dispatch / Operations Coordinator for our Riyadh branch. This role manages the daily bookings and routes for mobile car wash teams, ensuring timely service and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer calls and WhatsApp messages from customers, schedule appointments and confirm details.
• Assign daily jobs to car wash crews, plan routes using Google Maps to minimize travel time.
• Communicate ETAs and any changes to customers via WhatsApp Business and phone calls.
• Track service completion, monitor SLAs and team performance, handle delays or rewash requests.
• Maintain accurate records on Google Sheets and log jobs for invoicing purposes.
• Support upselling of additional services when appropriate.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in dispatching, operations coordination, or a call center environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic mapping/routing tools.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and basic English, with a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work flexible shifts.
