- Synketa is expanding its Egypt-based team and looking for a Lead Generation Caller to support outbound prospecting and appointment-setting efforts. This is a part-time, 3-days-per-week role (your choice of days, Monday–Friday)
What You’ll Do
- Make 20–25 structured outbound calls per working day
- Introduce Synketa’s services warmly and professionally
- Qualify initial interest and book meetings for the strategy team
- Keep call notes and lead details organized
- Join short virtual check-ins
Working Hours
- 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Egypt time)
- Part-Time: Any 3 days per week (Monday–Friday only)
- Hybrid/remote
Compensation
- Base salary: 6000 EGP + commission on each closed sale sourced from your booked meetings
- Performance incentives available
What We’re Looking For Clear English communication Previous cold-calling experience Comfortable speaking with business owners and managers Confident, energetic phone presence Positive, engaging, people-oriented personality Organized, consistent, and reliable when working remotely Marketing agency experience is a plus.
