We are seeking a proactive Outreach Sales Specialist to connect with prospects in the US, UK, and Canada through targeted cold outreach.
This position is in the medical field, and a medical background is mandatory to ensure professional communication with doctors, researchers, and academic institutions.
Your primary responsibility will be identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and generating qualified leads related to medical research and publication services.
Key Responsibilities- Identify potential clients such as physicians, residents, medical students, nurses, researchers, and academic staff.
- Conduct high-volume daily outreach via:
- LinkedIn
- Email campaigns
- Academic and professional groups
- Build and maintain a structured lead-generation pipeline.
- Use approved scripts to communicate professionally and academically.
- Follow up with prospects consistently to increase conversions.
- Transfer hot leads or schedule calls with the internal team.
- Achieve daily/weekly KPIs for outreach and lead generation.
- Maintain accurate logs of all outreach interactions.
Medical background is a must (medicine, pharmacy, nursing, biomedical science, public health, etc.).Excellent English writing skills (near-native level).Strong communication abilities and professional tone suitable for Western markets.Experience in one or more of the following is an advantage:cold outreach / cold emailing.LinkedIn lead generation.sales or business development.Ability to adapt communication to different audiences.High level of discipline and independence.
