Krass Construction is a fast-growing contractor delivering complex projects with quality and speed. We’re seeking a proactive Secretary to keep our admin, filing, and front-office operations running smoothly.
Role Summary
You’ll handle reception, scheduling, document control, basic reporting, and day-to-day support for managers and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reception (calls, visitors, courier, meeting rooms).
Draft, format, and register letters, memos, and emails.
Maintain organized filing (hard/soft), update logs & trackers.
Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up action lists.
Coordinate travel, gate passes, and office supplies.
Liaise with Projects, HR, and Finance to collect/route documents.
Prepare basic reports (attendance sheets, visit logs, delivery logs).
Uphold confidentiality and professional office etiquette.
Bachelor’s degree.1–3 years’ experience as Secretary/Receptionist/Admin (construction or engineering preferred).Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email etiquette.Strong English & Arabic; clear, professional communication.High accuracy, time management, and service mindset.Presentable and punctual; able to multitask under deadlines.
