Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Healthcare)

  •  Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical healthcare roles.
  •  Candidate Screening & Selection:
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, interviews, and pre-employment screenings.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  •  Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns.
  •  Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with healthcare industry regulations and labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for compliance and auditing purposes.
  • Support the onboarding process to facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
     

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar roleExperience in Healthcare is a must Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsA keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizationsBSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
