Prepare monthly budget vs. actual analyses, identify deviations, and provide clear explanations and insights to support management decision-making.
Support the budgeting cycle, including data collection, review, and consolidation of departmental budgets.
Develop and enhance financial reports to improve visibility of financial performance and cost drivers.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data and forecasts.
Recommend improvements to cost control procedures and budgeting methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Finance Major, or Double Finance Major, or Business Administration.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in budgeting, cost accounting, or financial analysis—preferably in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of budgeting processes, costing systems, and variance analysis.Proficiency in Excel (advanced level: pivot tables, complex formulas, dashboards).Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar).Solid understanding of financial statements, cost structures, and manufacturing workflows.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines during monthly and yearly cycles.Professional certifications are a plus (CMA, IFRS Diploma, CPA, or similar).
