  • Answer the employee’s inquiries and direct them to the concerned person to accomplish their request.
  • Submit required reports to the department on personnel data.
  • Prepare all kind of HR Letters either for the employee or the concerned departments and this is after approvals and submit to different authorities (Embassies, Banks, Courts………. etc.)
  • Receive all the penalties related to the employee and enter the data on the system and revise it with the personnel section head and submitting a monthly penalties report and send them to “Payroll section and legal affairs department.
  • Take the necessary actions in case of termination and clearance according to the direct manager.
  • Create “Change of status” forms (Restructure – Transfers, ……etc.) after maintaining all the needed approvals and send the monthly report to the Personnel Section Head to revise.
  • Send the Hiring report to the HR Section Head to complete the missing data.
  • Review the new hires report before initiating the access card.
  • Send employees suspensions announcements sent by the legal department and the HR Director.
  • Send new hires announcements to all different clubs
  • Meet employees whose contracts have been terminated and get their signature on needed documents after getting all the needed approvals for that.
  • Take the necessary actions in resignations and clearance cases as assigned by the Section Head.
  • Ensure that the submitted resignation by the employee has all the needed signatures, approval and signature of the direct manager of the employee’s department.
  • Submit the clearance form to the concerned departments to settle the employee’s custody.
  • Delimit the data of the resigned employees on the system, communicate with the assigned employee to prepare an experience certificate and a clearance form for them. Also communicate with the concerned departments to proceed (Time Management Section - Organizational Development Department – IT Department)
  • Deputize the section head in case of his/her absence.
  • Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.

High education certificate preferred in Business AdministrationFrom 4 – 6 years’ experience in the same filed.
