Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in brand management, within the FMCG preferably confectionary sector.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful brand strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Experience managing budgets and working with cross-functional teams.Creative thinker with a passion for building and growing brands.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.Fluency in English.
