We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in both backend and frontend development to join our core engineering team in Cairo. In this role, you will work on mission-critical systems such as admin dashboards, web applications, internal tools, integrations, and the backend infrastructure powering our mobile apps and AI-driven products.
You will collaborate closely with the Head of AI & Engineering and the broader team to design scalable architectures, build secure and high-performance APIs, and develop intuitive and reliable user interfaces. You will be responsible for transforming business requirements into technical implementations, ensuring code quality, system stability, and smooth integration across all parts of the platform.
Your work will form the backbone of multiple digital products ranging from theory test platforms to AI-automated admin systems, booking solutions, and commercial web applications. This role requires someone who is technically sharp, structured, reliable, and motivated to build high-quality software in a fast-moving environment.
4–6+ years of professional fullstack development experience.Strong expertise with Laravel and deep experience building REST APIs.Proficiency with React or Next.js for building modern frontend interfaces.Strong understanding of database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL).Experience integrating external APIs and building internal microservices.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Comfortable working in a structured environment with version control (Git).Knowledge of authentication flows, roles/permissions, and secure app design.Experience with testing, debugging, and performance optimization.Familiarity with DevOps concepts, Docker, Linux servers, and CI/CD pipelines (bonus).Strong English and Arabic communication skills; fluency in both is a plus.Ability to work onsite in our Cairo office and collaborate daily with the team.
