- create structural modeling and design efforts using Autodesk Revit for various building and infrastructure projects.
- Perform detailed structural analysis and calculations using software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and STAAD.Pro, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards (ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocodes, etc.).
- Develop and manage highly detailed BIM models and associated documentation, integrating with multidisciplinary models (architecture, MEP, etc.).
- Create and review design drawings, construction documents, and specifications with a focus on accuracy, coordination, and constructability.
- Coordinate closely with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure structural systems are fully integrated and feasible.
- Assist in establishing and enforcing internal Revit standards, workflows, and quality control processes for structural design.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, client presentations, and design review meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 5 to 7years of structural design experience, with expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit.Strong background in both reinforced concrete and steel structures for mid- to large-scale projects.Proficiency with structural analysis and design tools such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, and AutoCAD.Solid understanding of BIM workflows and model coordination techniques.Experience with interdisciplinary coordination and clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex design issues.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with client-facing experience.Experience working on high-rise buildings, commercial developments, or complex infrastructure projects.Familiarity with international and local construction standards and permitting processes.Experience leading BIM coordination meetings and working in a collaborative design environment.Knowledge of parametric design or Dynamo scripting is a plus.
