Telesales Operations Manager

 

  • Oversee day-to-day telesales operations and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution
  • Lead, manage, and motivate team leaders and telesales agents.
  • Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions with team leaders to review KPIs and progress.


 


 


 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years experience in telesales, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.Experience managing large telesales teams or operations.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication and coaching abilities.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.Proficiency in CRM systems, dialers, and call center tools.
