Female Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Female Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with day-to-day operations, CRM management, lead generation, and customer communication. The ideal candidate will be organized, confident on the phone, and capable of maintaining accurate and clean sales data while assisting the team in achieving their targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team with daily activities, follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between sales executives, customers, and internal departments.
  • Prepare sales reports, updates, and documentation as required.
  • Assist in onboarding new sales team members by providing administrative orientation and support.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing sales administration and operational efficiency.

 

CRM Management

  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure clean, accurate, and up-to-date data.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, log activities, and track lead progress in the CRM.
  • Ensure data quality by regularly auditing and cleaning customer information.

 

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects and existing customers for follow-ups, qualification, and information gathering.
  • Assist in identifying new leads through research, online tools, and databases.
  • Support the sales team in early-stage prospecting and pre-qualification activities.

 

Customer Communication

  • Call customers to schedule meetings, confirm appointments, and follow up on pending actions.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and coordinate with the sales team for solutions.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, providing prompt and professional responses or directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Female candidate preferred for this role.Strong communication and telephone handling skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience with CRM systems is a strong advantage.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in sales coordination, telesales, or administrative support is preferred.Fresh grads with fluent English and passion to learn are also welcome to apply
