We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to manage and upload products across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and Facebook. The ideal candidate will ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and optimized for best visibility and sales performance.
- Upload and update product listings on Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and Facebook Shop
- Enter product information accurately (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, SKUs, variants, etc.)
- Ensure all product data meets each platform’s guidelines and requirements
- Optimize product listings for SEO where applicable
- Review and edit images to meet upload standards (size, quality, background)
- Monitor and update inventory, availability, and price changes
- Maintain organized records of all uploaded products
- Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy across platforms
- Coordinate with the sales/warehouse/marketing teams for missing product details
- Assist with other admin or data entry tasks as needed
Previous experience with data entryHands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, and Facebook Commerce Manager is a strong plusFast and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detailBasic knowledge of product listing SEO is preferredAbility to follow instructions and work independentlyGood communication and organizational skillsBasic image editing skills (e.g., resizing, cropping) is a plus
