Human Resources Generalist

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented #HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor law, and supporting employees across multiple sites and departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update HR records and employee files on the ERP system.
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with internal policies.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime reports in coordination with site HR representatives.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and personnel data.
  • Handle social insurance and medical insurance procedures.
  • Participate in developing HR policies and procedures and ensure consistent implementation.
  • Support employee engagement, training initiatives, and internal communication programs.
  • Address employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role; construction industry experience is a plus.Excellent knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems experience with ERP .Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
