Sales Specialist - Container Transport ( Cairo )

  • We are looking for a Sales Specialist to support commercial growth in the container land transportation sector. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating closely with operations to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage new customers within the container transport market.
  • Conduct client visits, understand logistical needs, and propose tailored transport solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and commercial offers in coordination with the pricing and customer service teams.
  • Follow up on ongoing shipments with internal operational teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing customers to strengthen business relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Track sales activities, maintain customer records, and update CRM systems as required.
  • Monitor market trends, rate movements, and competitor offerings to support pricing decisions.
  • Prepare periodic sales activity reports and share updates with the Sales Manager.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in logistics, container transport, freight forwarding, or B2B sales.Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Good understanding of transport and/or port operations is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with CRM or ERP systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service clarity and follow-through. Location: Cairo - Sheraton
