- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of aluminum facade projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols throughout all project phases.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead project meetings, facilitate effective communication among team members, and resolve any technical or operational issues.
- Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor installation progress and address on-site challenges.

Minimum of 10 year and maximum of 20 years of experience in project management within the construction or facade industry.Proven track record of managing aluminum facade or similar engineering projects.Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and installation processes.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with diverse project participants.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
