Recruitment Specialist - French Speakers

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for French-speaking positions (primarily for Customer Experience/Call Center/BPO roles), from initial sourcing to final offer and onboarding.
  • Mass Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified French-speaking candidates, utilizing job boards (Wuzzuf, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • High-Volume Screening & Interviewing: Conduct high-volume resume screening, phone interviews, and in-person/virtual assessments to evaluate candidates' language proficiency (French C1 level is a must), skills, experience, and cultural fit for a mass hiring environment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements, set expectations, and deliver a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional, positive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, reflecting the In Touch employer brand.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) and provide regular reports on mass hiring progress to management.
  • Recruitment Events: Coordinate and participate in mass group interview events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.


Experience: Proven experience of 1-3 years as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.Crucially, proven experience in high-volume or mass hiring is highly preferred.Language Proficiency:French: Advanced (C1 level minimum) in both verbal and written French is essential.English: Good command of English (B2 level minimum) for internal communication.Industry Knowledge: Experience recruiting for BPO/Call Center/Customer Support roles is a significant plus.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.Soft Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.A proactive and results-oriented approach with strong team spirit.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.
