- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data and assure closing the procurement cycle and documentation.
- Work closely with finance department to manage control both of supplier’s payments parallel with goods receipt at warehouse.
- Coordinate with internal departments (planning, production, finance) to align procurement accordingly.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and services needed for production and operations
- Source and evaluate local suppliers for quality, cost-effectiveness, reliability, and capacity.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical standards.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, commerce, business administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably with a focus on local sourcing. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with local market regulations and supplier’s fields.
