  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top technical talent.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical openings.
  • Conduct detailed interviews and provide insightful recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Promote Erada’s employer brand and values to attract and retain high-caliber technical professionals.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in technical talent acquisition or IT recruitment.Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in an open workplace arrangement.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Strong organizational and time management skills.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
