We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage all human resources activities in our company. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR POLICIES, while making sure the company follows labor laws and keeps a positive work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s degree is a preferred)Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and talent management. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Very good in English.
