- System Design & Implementation: Design, engineer, implementation, configuration, deploy, and support KNX solutions for new branches and renovation projects using the ETS (Engineering Tool Software) platform.
- Project Management: Lead KNX projects from conception through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Coordinate with electrical contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced technical support and rapid troubleshooting for KNX systems across all branches. Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to hardware, software, and network integration.
- Maintenance & Optimization: Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups. Continuously monitor system performance and propose optimizations for enhanced energy efficiency and functionality.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system schematics, topology diagrams, parameter lists, and user manuals.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with KNX product vendors and suppliers for technical support, procurement, and evaluation of new components.
- Training & Guidance: Train and guide junior technicians and branch staff on the basic operation and reporting of KNX system issues.
- Standardization: Develop and enforce standard KNX configurations and best practices for rollout across all company branches.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, programming, and commissioning KNX systems.Proven experience with large-scale or multi-site KNX deployments is a significant advantage.Technical Skills:Expert-level proficiency with ETS Professional (ETS5/ETS6).In-depth knowledge of KNX TP, IP, and RF technologies.Strong understanding of electrical wiring systems and low-voltage electronics.Experience with integrating KNX with other systems (e.g., HVAC, BMS, Access Control, CCTV) is highly desirable.Certifications: KNX Certified Partner (or equivalent) is highly preferred.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong project management and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
