We’re looking for a passionate Performance Marketing expert with proven experience in E-commerce to join our team!
You’ll be responsible for driving growth through data-driven marketing strategies, managing paid campaigns, and optimizing performance across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, ROI, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Identify growth opportunities and implement A/B testing strategies.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in performance marketing or a related digital marketing role.Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale digital marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.Experience with major digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic networks.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver results within set parameters.Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.Experience working in an office-based setting.
