- Develop and execute a dedicated online business strategy for the Samsung Mobile Division.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer demand to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set and monitor sales, margin, and stock targets for Samsung’s mobile category.
- Align category objectives with Samsung’s regional business plans and promotional calendars.
- Vendor & Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and Samsung’s distribution and brand teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms, incentives, and sell-out programs with Samsung and uthorized distributors.
- Manage product assortment, launches, and lifecycle in alignment with Samsung’s official roadmap.
- Pricing & Promotion
- Define and maintain competitive pricing strategies to maximize profitability while adhering to Samsung’s pricing policies.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, launches, and seasonal offers (e.g., Galaxy series launches, bundle deals, trade-in programs).
- Track campaign performance and GP, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Merchandising & Online Content
- Ensure all Samsung products are listed online with accurate specs, rich content, and high-quality visuals in line with Samsung brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop banners, landing pages, and digital campaigns for Samsung launches.
- Enhance visibility and conversion through cross-selling, upselling, and SEO optimization.
- Performance & Analysis
- Monitor category KPIs including sales, margin, conversion, and inventory health.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management and Samsung partners.
- Analyze consumer trends and competitor activity to guide pricing and assortment decisions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and product availability.
- Work with customer service to ensure smooth after-sales and warranty communication for Samsung customers.
