We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfillment processes, maintaining accurate inventory records, managing customer communication, and coordinating with courier services. You will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and inquiries.
- Organize, track, and process client orders from confirmation to delivery.
- Coordinate daily pickups and deliveries with courier companies and logistics partners.
- Perform regular inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy.
- Reconcile inventory records with internal systems and physical counts.
- Ensure all fulfillment operations are accurately logged in the system.
- Flag and resolve any order discrepancies or delays promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, customer support) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and storage space.
- Support additional operational tasks as needed.
