- Prepare, review, and coordinate mechanical shop drawings and as-built drawings in accordance with project specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other technical office staff to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems within overall project plans.
- Conduct technical evaluations of mechanical materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and solutions to site teams, addressing design discrepancies and resolving technical challenges promptly.
- Participate in value engineering processes to optimize mechanical system designs for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Review and verify subcontractor and supplier submissions, including material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of project progress reports, technical documentation, and project handover documents related to mechanical works.
- Ensure all mechanical works adhere to safety, quality, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of mechanical materials and equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, codes, and standards to ensure best practices are implemented in all technical office activities.
● Bachelor's degree in mechanical technical office engineering.● 4–6 years of experience in a technical office role in the construction.● Previous experience in Site and technical office engineering● Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.● Experience with HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems in buildings.● experience in site and technical office engineering.● Strong technical knowledge of construction standards, codes, and mechanical systems.● Good organizational and communication skills.● Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.● Ability to Relocate.
