- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets to drive revenue growth for CashPrime’s suite of cash management solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of CashPrime’s hardware, software, and managed services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and close sales effectively.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position CashPrime as a market leader.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs through proactive pipeline management and strategic account planning.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management for informed decision-making.
- Represent CashPrime at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial technology, cash management, or B2B solutions sector.Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.Solid understanding of cash management solutions, automation hardware, or digitalization software is highly desirable.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events as required.
