Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.5 to 7 years of proven experience in site engineering or architectural supervision within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building materials.Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement architectural drawings and specifications on-site.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.Solid understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.Willingness to work on-site with a flexible schedule as project demands require.
