About the Role:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project on-site, ensuring smooth coordination between all disciplines.
As Darna manages projects end-to-end — acting as the owner, consultant, and contractor — the role requires a strong technical background and exceptional organizational skills to handle all project phases effectively.

Job Description

● Lead and oversee architectural project planning, execution, and delivery from inception to completion.

● Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met.

● Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans for architectural projects.

● Ensure all architectural designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards.

● Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and deliverables.

● Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, design teams, and construction personnel.

● Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections.

● Manage project documentation, reporting, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

● Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to architectural plans.

● Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and implementing best practices.
