Administrative Assistant

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination for staff and clients.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees and assist with HR-related tasks.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and wellness programs.
  • Ensure the reception area and common spaces are welcoming, organized, and aligned with GROOVY’s brand standards.

1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Customer service orientation with a positive and proactive attitude.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to learn and support various departments as needed.
