- Use practical methods, case studies, and interactive tools to ensure knowledge retention.
3. Assess Training Effectiveness
- Evaluate participant understanding through quizzes, practical assessments, and feedback forms.
- Adjust training based on performance gaps or incident trends.
4. Maintain Training Records
- Track attendance, certifications, and competency levels for all employees.
- Ensure training compliance with regulatory and company standards.
5. Promote Safety Culture
- Actively engage workers in safety discussions and initiatives.
- Support safety campaigns and behavior-based safety programs.
6. Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with HSE laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Suggest improvements to training programs based on audit findings, incidents, or industry trends.
● Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.● 5-7 years of experience in HSE training, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.● Proven experience developing and delivering HSE training programs to diverse audiences.● Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.● Ability to assess training needs and adapt materials to suit various learning styles.● Demonstrated commitment to promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training management systems.● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.● Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
