- Review technical submissions, design plans, and material submissions from contractors.
- Technically review and evaluate contracts, standardizing specifications for joint bids and overseeing financial evaluations.
- Supervise and monitor all necessary post-completion tests for materials and equipment.
- Review and approve final payment certificates for submission to management.
- Supervise the handover of systems to the implementing company, including necessary documentation.
- Receive, review, and verify final drawings against actual construction.
- Prepare preliminary inventories of all supplies required for project execution.
- Prepare tender documents and supervise the tendering process, including bid openings.
- Analyze and assess potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage them effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from governmental university.Proficient in electrical design software and tools, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Primavera, MS Project, and AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering of mixed-use buildings or a related field.Proven track record in leading mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion.Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing or mentoring engineering teams.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and safety regulations.Willingness to work onsite as required by project demands.
