We're Hiring a Master Data Specialist to manage customer databases, generate sales reports, and provide actionable insights that drive business performance across our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Code and maintain customer master data (contact details, classifications, tax info, pricing, routes)

Update sales team organizational structure in the system

Manage route modifications and sales order entry during PDA failures

Design and distribute monthly targets (volume, value, customer count) based on historical data

Coordinate target approval with sector and branch managers

Prepare target uploads for system integration

Generate 18+ daily reports covering sales performance, operations, and business intelligence

Track sales team and customer competitions

Provide year-over-year performance analysis

Monitor customer activity, balances, and market coverage

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Commerce, MIS, or Arts
 Minimum 1 year in data analysis or sales operations

Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with effective time management
