We are seeking Distribution Controller

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily vehicle loading operations for VIC, chains, and supply deliveries, including returns management

Assign sales representatives to vehicles and configure daily handheld device settings for each territory

Issue replacement orders for direct sales vehicles in case of handheld device malfunctions

Conduct weekly inventory audits for all sales vehicles, with additional end-of-month verification

Manage credit limits for vehicle loading in coordination with branch and sector managers

Track vehicle entry/exit from branches and return to garages

Monitor after-midnight vehicle movements and activity during Fridays and official holidays

Detect unauthorized territory coverage outside assigned boundaries

Troubleshoot and resolve GPS device malfunctions promptly

Establish geographical boundaries in collaboration with sales management for branches, sales territories, and daily visit schedules

Upload customer locations to Google Maps for enhanced accessibility

Identify and flag invoices created outside approved coordinates for internal review

Track supervisor visits both inside and outside designated coordinates

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree 

2-5 years of relevant experience in distribution, logistics, or fleet management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong expertise in Google Maps and My Maps

Experience with GPS tracking systems and software

Data analysis and reporting capabilities

Excellent listening, comprehension, and analytical skills

Strong organizational abilities with effective time and task management

Problem-solving mindset with ability to provide practical solutions

Attention to detail and accuracy in data management

Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
