We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to handle key clients within our logistics and import/export operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong customer service skills with a proactive sales mindset managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring smooth supply chain execution across air, sea, and land shipments.
You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and exceptional service performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.3–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export account management.Solid understanding of Incoterms, customs clearance, and IOR/EOR processes.Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in CRM and MS Office; ERP/TMS knowledge is an advantage.Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
