- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple store locations.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, POS devices, and related IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Assist in the implementation and rollout of new technology solutions and upgrades.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
- Support end-users by responding to IT service requests and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed in accordance with company policies.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and support activities for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize technology use in retail operations.
- Stay updated on emerging IT trends and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common office applications.Experience with network administration, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN setup and troubleshooting.Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology solutions.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical users.Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity and security.Willingness to travel between store locations as required.
