2-5 years of proven experience in digital media buying or a related marketing role.Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic networks.Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret results, and optimize campaigns for performance.Excellent negotiation and communication skills for vendor and client interactions.Experience managing budgets and delivering campaigns within allocated spend.Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple projects and deadlines.Familiarity with tracking tools, analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to campaign management.Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
