1. Involved in sampling and production, contact with merchandisers and suppliers to do proper handovers to ensure all sample approvals, ensure customer fit, quality, testing, measurements, and fit requirements are met. Go through technical risk assessments and educate the factory on actions to be taken in production to avoid any issues for bulk production.
2. Check the quality standard process both in sewing & finishing according to the customer standard.
3. Able to ensure a quality process to ensure the right quality outputs as standard. Evaluate each & every process through quality assurance tools & techniques.
4 . Maintain file and keep record on rejection, button Pull test, Statistical Process Control (SPC), In-process control, pre-Final Inspection, & Final control.
5.Conduct pre-production meeting for buyers and take all kinds of approval from key accounts.
6.Setup, train and monitor the QC, QI to ensure the quality of garments according to customers requirements.
7.Check & confirm Garments styling, workmanship quality, sewing trims, finishing trim, according to customer standard.
8.Able to ensure Product safety according to customer standards.
9.Daily Quality report review & work with the factory quality team to find quick solutions and give required guidance.
10.Make sure Finishing quality standard according to the company’s quality standard process, products Iron, checking system, and folding to ensure quality of garments.
11.Monitor cutting, sewing, and finishing for on-time shipment and follow up on the quality-related reporting on a daily basis & making sure of accurate report submission.
12. Follow up factory as label control, daily button pull test, SPC, Traffic light, Bingo Card, Broken needle control procedure, Metal Detection & CTPAT management.
13. Organize performance and capability wise manpower layout to ensure the right people in the right jobs.
14. Follow up the internal audit, pre-final and final audit, and take action if required. In-line, pre-final, and final inspection, considering the shipment date and documenting the outcomes.
15.Ensures that safety, quality and compliance issues are taken as part of the job.
16.Review daily issues occurring at the factories and work with the factory quality team to find quick solutions and give required guidance.
17. Maintain quality SOP and be responsible for quality and technical-related issues arising in production, and provide timely solutions to ensure on-time delivery and zero quality claims.

19 . Maintain and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the management.
20. Conduct a factory audit according to the client’s requirements/ local law/ general working procedure.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a related field.Proven track record of leading quality teams and managing quality systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of quality management standards such as ISO 9001 or equivalent.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Experience conducting internal and external audits and managing compliance with regulatory requirements.Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive change initiatives.
