Main Purpose: -
A warehouse manager oversees daily operations for the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising and scheduling staff, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities: -
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
- Manage receiving, storage, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.
- Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet productivity goals.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular audits and recordkeeping.
- Monitor safety standards and enforce proper warehouse safety procedures.
- Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Job Requirements: -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.Experience: +10 years of logistics or warehouse management training.Languages: Good command of the English language (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).Computer Skills: MS Office Skills Intermediate.Other: Experience using inventory software or ERP systems.
