Route to Market Manager

  • Develop and implement comprehensive route to market strategies to maximize product reach and market penetration.
  • Analyze and optimize distribution channels to ensure efficient delivery and availability of products across all target markets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align distribution plans with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate channel performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners.
  • Lead the execution of channel development initiatives, including new market entry and expansion projects.
  • Establish and track Sales key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of route to market strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on channel performance, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Ensure compliance of sales team for company routing standards.

Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in sales, analytics, or logistics within the FMCG or distribution industry.Proven track record in developing and executing route to market or channel management strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Solid understanding of distribution networks, processes, and market dynamics.Proficiency in using sales analytics.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
