  • Manage and optimize relationships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to maximize hotel visibility and revenue.
  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and performance of channel management systems.
  • Monitor and analyze OTA performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate rate and inventory updates across multiple distribution channels to ensure accuracy and parity.
  • Collaborate with hotel partners to develop and implement effective online distribution strategies.
  • Resolve connectivity issues and troubleshoot discrepancies between property management systems and OTAs.
  • Negotiate contracts and commission structures with OTA partners to achieve favorable terms.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders and hotel clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, OTA policies, and emerging distribution technologies.
  • Train hotel staff on best practices for OTA management and channel optimization.

2-5 years of experience in OTA account management, channel management, or a related hospitality role.Proven track record of managing OTA relationships and optimizing online distribution.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Experience working with channel management and property management systems.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.Understanding of rate parity, inventory management, and online distribution strategies.Adaptability to evolving technologies and industry best practices.
