  • Provides the customer with the brand journey and story during the sales process.
  • Acquire, cultivate and maintain relationships with our clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and luxury service.
  • Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Assist customers with product information and sales transactions/payments (in store and online through WhatsApp, website or social media channels).
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize purchase value.
  • Deal with all issues that arise from customers & Meet sales goals.
  • Complete store administration including inventory, receiving and labeling products and product transfer between branches.
  • Maintain outstanding and updated store inventory and warehouse condition according to set system.
  • Assist team in creating written inventory and sales training manual.
  • Maintain visual displays of products.
  • Report on buying trends and customer needs and prepare sales reports as needed. Report on store traffic and maintain updated customer database.
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase store traffic.
  • Report on store required maintenance.
  • Direct and supervise showroom support staff.
  • Additional duties as may be needed

Education: Bachelor degree is required.Language: Proficiency in English is needed.Location: Assigned Boutique – subject to rotation in both outlets.Experience: 3-5 years retail sales experience, experience in handcrafts preferred.Strong proficiency in computer skills.Experience with ERP system preferredFlexibility to work shifts, non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsAbility to multi-task and react with flexibility.Very strong organizational skills with a focus on follow through.Have a flair for communicating with different types of customers.Work as a collaborative team member, always available to assist boutique manager, colleagues, customers, etc.Ability to project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.Target-oriented
